Suspended Business Development Activities

Thank you for your continued support and interest in being a Kigier.  Over the last few weeks we have had a few more people register and we are grateful for your interest because it helps let businesses know there are people 55 years and older who are willing and able to work on occasion.

Over the last few weeks we have also been talking with a lot of businesses who had to make tough decisions about their own staffing needs.  Above all, simply because of the age of Kigiers, we have determined the risks brought about by this pandemic exceed the safety standards targeted by Kigi Agency. While the registration platform remains open, we have decided to suspend our business development activities and not allow any job offers on the platform until all types of businesses can reopen to people. of all ages

As stated, the platform to register remains open. We continue to encourage businesses and Kigiers to register over the next few weeks with details about themselves.   When social activities resume, we will have many more opportunities to quickly post job needs by businesses who registered and Kigiers eager to stay active through occasional work.

Please stay safe and at home as much as possible.  We look forward to getting back to work and helping you in the near future.

Sincerely,

Megan Marinos
