Responsabilites

Manage receivables and payables
Post accounting entries and prepare vendor payments
Month end closing & year end journal entries
Prepare sales tax filing on monthly quarterly basis
Perform bank reconciliations
Prepare & analyze budgets and forecasts
Provide information for auditors, tax authorities and government institutions
Prepare, analyze, and design reports on operational & financial performance
Perform other accounting and finance related tasks

Requirements

Meticulous
Quick learner
Positive attitude
Good communication skills
Mathematically competent
Fully bilingual

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Accounting or equivalent
Certified Accountant an asset
SAGE 50 OR Microsoft Navision an asset
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel
