Processing Team Shifts rotate Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm


As a Client Service Representative on the Processing Team you will:
  • perform account administration and trade execution of transactions on our client's mutual fund retail accounts,
  • contact internal and external clients to ensure timely resolution of problematic transactions
 


Advisor Service Centre Team Shifts rotate Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm

As a Client Service Representative on the Advisor Service Centre Team you will:
  • provide premium customer service to investment advisors, their support teams and investors in our inbound call centre, and
  • work directly with advisors and investors to provide them with the support they need to educate and plan their clients' short-term and long-term investment strategies

Fidelity Investments Inc is searching for experienced support staff to work from home, having the following skills:
  • Bilingual (French/English written and oral);
  • College Diploma (3 year program) or University degree; 
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, administration, back office operations or data entry (preference in the financial services industry)
