French a must, English an asset (speaking and writing)

Kigi Agency is looking for help with business development in Quebec!  This is a volunteer position with no set number of hours or fixed days to work.  You choose your work schedule and level of commitment!

We are re-emerging from lockdown just as others are doing the same and would like to take advantage of this opportunity to reach as many businesses as possible to consider hiring occasional help as they re-start their operations.  Specifically, we want to target businesses offering either administrative roles (ex: data entry, work from home, accounting, communications help, translation work etc) OR manual labour (ex: day labourer, event set up, cleaning etc)

The best person for this volunteer position will feel comfortable explaining the Kigi Agency business model to a variety of companies in different sectors and highlight what aspects are relevant to them with the goal of getting them to register to the platform (training regarding the Kigi Agency business model will be provided).  In addition, the business developer will be tasked to:

• Research businesses to contact (a list of businesses will also be provided to get started)
• Keep a record of your progress and business contact details using Google Sheets (i.e. Excel)
• Conduct follow up emails and phone calls
• Send marketing material by email to a prospective business
• Help a new business register to the platform

This role reports directly to the president of Kigi Agency who will work closely with you via Google Drive document sharing, Skype or Google Hangouts Meetings, telephone and email communication.

This position may become a paid position in accordance with the level of success and continue to be as flexible as you would like.  Ready to join our team?
