We collect Your first and last name, email address, physical address, the CV You upload or create, phone number and the password You select in order to create Your account, and contact You about the work to which You apply and other work opportunities. When You apply for work, We request Your consent to conduct a credit and criminal background check. We use this information to advise potential businesses offering You work about the quality candidates available with Kigi Agency.

Communications

You may sign-up to receive emails with work related information or other newsletters from Us. When You sign-up, We collect information such as Your name and email address which We use to send You the communications You requested to receive. You can opt-out of receiving these communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in Your email, or by contacting Us as set out below. Please note You may continue to receive alerts and emails for approximately 10 business days before We are able to update Your request.

If You sign up to receive alerts, We will collect Your email address, postal code and keywords You search. We use this information to send You email communications about new work opportunities in Your area matching Your interests.

Should the business choose to retain Your candidacy the results of Your criminal and credit background check may be disclosed to them.
